Refund Policy for QuailChat

Thank you for choosing QuailChat. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for subscriptions to our AI chatbot SaaS platform.

1. Free Trial
We offer a free Forever Plan and  7-day free trial (no credit card required) to explore QuailChat’s core features.
To continue using the Service after the trial, you must select a paid subscription plan.

2. No Refunds
All payments are final. Once you purchase a subscription, we do not offer refunds or prorated credits for:
Partial monthly/annual usage.
Unused chatbot interactions or features.
Account cancellation during a billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

3. Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your QuailChat dashboard.
Navigate to Billing > Cancel Plan.
Confirm cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued if:
Required by law in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU consumer rights for digital services).
A technical error caused unintended charges (verified by our team).
To request an exception, contact us at [support@quailchat.com] within 7 days of the charge.

5. Payment Method Responsibility
Ensure your payment method is valid and up-to-date.
Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension.

6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
